5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must submit authentic and accurate content aligned with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Clients must provide written permission or proof of authorization for mentions of individuals, companies, or third parties in their press releases.
  • For press releases involving lawsuits or litigations, documentation and case numbers must be submitted in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided by Kyrion Media, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Clients are prohibited from modifying, using, or distributing these materials without explicit permission.
  • Unauthorized use, defamation, or disparagement of Kyrion Media’s trademarks or service marks is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Guarantees and Liabilities

  • Kyrion Media strives to ensure high-quality service but does not guarantee error-free services.
  • Errors discovered in services will be rectified at no additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays, omissions, or interruptions caused by third-party systems or technical issues (e.g., XML data transfer complexities).
  • Kyrion Media does not own media outlets or third-party platforms and does not guarantee performance or placements by these outlets.

8. Distribution Policies

  • Distributed press releases will include client contact information for accountability.
  • Once distributed, press releases cannot be altered, deleted, or retracted from third-party platforms. However, urgent changes can be made on Kyrion Media’s website.
  • Distribution lists, channels, and outlets are subject to change and may not always be accurate.
